Although I hope you will never need to use the phrases, I recommend you learn at least those which could apply to you in any given circumstance.

Es ist dringend - It is urgent

Können Sie mir bitte helfen? - Can you help me, please?

Hilfe! - Help!

Wo ist das nächste Krankenhaus? - Where is the nearest hospital?

Wo ist die nächste Apotheke? - Where is the nearest pharmacy?

Wo ist die nächste Arztpraxis? - Where is the nearest doctor's surgery?

Könnten Sie mich bitte zum ... Krankenhaus fahren? - Can you please take me to the ... Hospital?

Könnten Sie mich bitte zum ... Arzt bringen? - Can you please take me to the ... doctor's surgery

Bitte die Polizei / einen Krankenwagen / die Feuerwehr / einen Arzt anrufen - Please call the police / an ambulance / the fire brigade / a doctor - 

Mir geht's nicht so gut - I am not very well

Es schmerzt genau da - It hurts just here

Ich habe Bauchschmerzen - I have got a stomachache

Ich habe Zahnschmerzen - I have got a toothache

Ich habe Kopfschmerzen - I have got a headache

Ich habe eine Penizillin-Allergie - I am allergic to penicillin
